Why You Need to Pay

Rent is the main source of income for the Association and is used to pay for the day-to-day management, maintenance and repair of our properties.  It also helps towards capital loans and interest on money we have borrowed to improve our existing properties and build new ones.

Our Annual Report details exactly where each £1 of your money goes and how we spend it.

It is therefore vital that tenants pay their rent regularly and on time so that we can maintain good quality housing and ensure a high level of service is provided.  It is a legal requirement of the Tenancy Agreement that rent must be paid in advance on or before the 1st of each month.
