Jim was elected at the AGM in September 2026.  

Currently employed as a Senior Technical Officer at another association.  Has been involved in housing association maintenance and development for a number of years and has qualifications is building inspection, construction management, management health & safety.  Currently in 4th year of a degree in building surveying.  Strengths are in asset management, health & safety and general management, along with building pathology and asset planning.
