Corporate Services Assistant
Due to the current postholder moving on to a promoted position elsewhere, we are looking to recruit a Corporate Services Assistant. Much of the work will involve supporting the Corporate Services Manager in areas such as IT, this includes managing the Association’s website and social media platforms; publicity; events management; office management and corporate compliance, however we also need someone who can provide support to the Finance Officer and cover basic finance tasks when the Finance Officer is on leave, e.g. petty cash. The postholder will also lead on the production of the association’s quarterly newsletters and our annual report. Experience of working in a housing association is preferred but is not essential.
Our strategic plan is ambitious as we strive for our vision to ensure that “Calvay will be a well-managed neighbourhood with a good community spirit”.
Our staff team tell us that Calvay is a great place to work and we believe they show a demonstrable desire to support our customers and strengthen the wider community. We are interested to hear from you if you have the relevant experience and want to make a difference.
EVH Conditions of Service, flexible working hours, generous holiday entitlement, and defined contribution pension scheme. Calvay operates a hybrid working scheme.
